‘The Pinnacles’ are extraordinary sandstone pillars that eerily rise out of the dessert sands of Nambung National Park, Western Australia, forming one of the most fascinating natural landscapes in the country. Situated about 2 hours from Perth near the costal town of Cervantes, the Pinnacles Desert Discovery Centre reveals millions of years of history in forming these natural phenomena, which you can now wander amongst.

Our Pinnacles Day Trips from Perth
Perth Luxury Tours of the Pinnacles depart from your Perth area accommodation at around 8.00am in the morning, before travelling an hour and a half north to the charming small fishing town of Lancelin, for a morning tea break. Lancelin is well known for its stunning sand dunes – a 2km stretch of pure white sand hills, the largest dunes in Western Australia.
This stop off also presents a unique opportunity to go sandboarding – the increasingly popular activity of sliding down the sand dunes on a ‘sandboard’, of which we provide the hire of, to make sure no one misses out on the fun!
We then move on to the town of Cervantes, where you have the options of indulging in some of WA’s finest and freshest sea food for lunch from at the lobster factory, before we head off to the nearby Pinnacles!
Our private tours give you the ability to drive through the fascinating Pinnacles, stopping at anytime to take photos, and explore the beautiful region at your own pace. Then we can be back in Perth by 17.00.
