World’s Oldest Tropical Rainforests. The Daintree National Park is a landscape of towering mountains, lowland forests, rainforest rivers, mangroves and beaches. Ancient plants, climbing vines, endangered animals and estuarine crocodiles. Home to the oldest living culture on earth, and a place early European explorers ran into some tribulations. This complex and living landscape is World Heritage listed and is where we take you, on one big day of rainforest adventures. We’ll show you all the highlights that the Daintree Rainforest, Cape Tribulation Region and Mossman Gorge have to offer. From an Indigenous Welcome to Country and Smoke Ceremony, to a wildlife cruise on the Daintree River (not included in the budget price), swimming in Mossman Gorge, exploring rainforest boardwalks and getting sandy feet at Cape Tribulation, you’ll do it all. Our Rainforest Guides share their knowledge of the history, flora and fauna of the Daintree Rainforest, creating connection between you and the natural environment around you.
